  1. Thanks Andrew! I think that just might work. I'll do some experimenting.
  2. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this - I want to take a human model and have it morph into a mummified body. I was hoping to turn an already modeled human object, turn it into a voxel object and sculpt it. Then take that and use it (somehow) as a morph target or using a displacement map. I'm familiar with creating displacement maps with the direct painting feature of 3D-Coat, and I've extensively used the retopoligize tools but I can't get my head around how to do this mummy thing. Any ideas? Thanks, Jon
  3. Can you tell me where to load up the reference images? Jon
  4. In Retopo mode - Symmetry appears to not be working. Retopo mesh disappears. Edit: NEVER MIND - I never had to do this before this build, but I had to check Invert Mirror to get it to work... The retopo tools are amazing!
  5. Oops, yeah, same thing here. Didn't see the 64 bit version had installed. 32-bit still crashes. Vista 64 Ultimate
  6. That's what happened to me and I just let it install itself in the x86 folder. I then got the crash like Juan Carlos...
  7. Poly modeling is so passe...
  8. Yes! Andrew is extremely generous and helpful with his product. He doesn't need someone saying "So what" when he talks about his working long hours and supporting his family. That's just plain rude. Even if you're 14 years old...just a guess. With volumetric sculpting 3D-Coat 3.0 will be a whole new product. If you don't want to pay the money, don't. You still have 2.10 which is a great product as is.
  9. Verified. I get the same results with a cube. A low poly ball works fine.
  10. That did it Andrew! The new version is working fine. Thanks! Jon
