Navigation controls seem to reverse

Just occurred to me, when you say "navigation controls" what do you mean, when you're rotating/panning/zooming or when you're doing stuff? As sometimes if you're retopo-ing really close to the X-axis with symmetry on and you're moving a vertex it crosses over the line while you're moving it and that can cause the direction to flip.

Try these steps:

1) Go to Camera->Customize navigation (see attached picture)

2) Change hotkeys according to your likes (see attached picture)

3) Make sure you haven't got same hotkey for different actions!

Hope that helps :)

Thanks again for the replies. Yes ryivhnn, I had in mind panning / zooming / rotating. Though, the same thing happened again, and it actually seem rather that my sculpt has flipped 180 degrees top to bottom in the world space. So what felt like my navigation controls flipping, is the model turning upside down.  Problem solved hurray... Kind of.

I've re-topologised, and am now in the paint room, I'm not sure now how to flip the sculpt back to the correct orientation. I closed and re-opened the file, and the model is upside down.

Sorry it seems I'm even more dumb than I initially thought.

Thanks.

Edit:

I can rotate the Z axis 180 degrees in the sculpt room, but the X and Y are still reversed.
