Exporting textures

Hey everyone, I need some help with textures.

Still a noob in the render room so bare with me.

So I have applied textures(shaders) to my sculpt. I go to File  and click export object & textures. Save as .dae

But when I import the model into keyshot or Vue 2016 the model is always flat grey.

How do I retain the textures into other programs?

Thanks

Mack

You'll need to import and apply the exported textures into whatever DCC you're using, unless you use .OBJ, which exports out a .MTL file. Most DCCs will allow the .OBJ to reference the .MTL and import all of the textures that are associated with it. That said, I'm not entirely familiar with Keyshot, so your experience may vary. :)
