I am new to COAT 3D and my experience would be grately improved if I can change the way I navigate the viewport and some other shortcuts. Coming from Cinema 4D I need my 1, 2 and 3 keys to be Pan, Zoom and Rotate but not sure how to assign those and if I can even do that.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Vanya !

Try these steps:

1) Go to Camera->Customize navigation (see attached picture)

2) Change hotkeys according to your likes (see attached picture)

3) Make sure you haven't got same hotkey for different actions!

Hope that helps :)

Thank you. That worked but I cant have that saved. I am trying to delete these hotkeys of 1, 2 and 3 so I can use them for navigation but 3D Coat keeps bringing them back and I dont need them. Its jkust some shading features I will never use because it disables me to even see my mesh. SO I am trying to delete those from the program but it keeps bringing them back so whenever I try to zoom (2 plus mouse move) it zooms but also makes my objects gray which is useless for sculpting..uhhh not sure what to do
