Member myclay Posted December 11, 2017 Member Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Hi all, what needs to be set again, to make 3DCoat recognize the other side of a fully retopoed mesh for symmetrical brushing over both areas? In Topogun it was quite simple, load up your fully retopoed mesh, activate "symmetry"and then start brushing for relaxing the mesh.
Reputable Contributor digman Posted December 11, 2017 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Retopo room---Retopo Menu---deselect virtual mirror mode if selected. Press "S" on the keyboard to bring up the symmetry panel. Select Enable Symmetry and the axis you need.
Member myclay Posted December 11, 2017 Author Member Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Thanks, that helped a lot If there is a way to do some symmetry warping, Topogun can be finally retired on my workstation.
