Maybe around Sept of next year. Depends. I doubt even Andrew yet knows. He is working over Splines and bugfixing, right now. I'm hoping he will implement a Spline Deform option in the Pose Tool (which is pretty much 3D Coat's Swiss Army modeling tool, for deforming operations), in the process and follow it up with Sculpt Layers in the Sculpt Workspace.

I doubt Andrew will go with a 4.9. It's usually 3-5yrs between major releases, with free point releases in between. I think 5 will be next, but it will probably be next fall, IMO.
