dulicate edges on retopo?or after cloth simulation?

I'm seeing duplicate edges on my retopo...

and they're really difficult to remove (del edges tool sometimes do not 'select' them automatically even though I mouse-over them)

is this something to do with "cloth" tool in : Sculpt Room -> Objects -> cloth ?

Testing 4.8.13 and using cloth cant found any issue.

Can you please test that version using any default model that come with 3DC ?

From your picture is almost looks like the base retopo mesh used for the cloth sim and the new cloth retopo mesh that is created are residing on the same retopo objects layer.
