Nice I like him alot, Pose wise he still looks a little rigid to me, Maybe try and give him a facial expression? He looks a little too simetrical Maybe? Great progress with this concept though please continue :clapping:

Am really liking the arm & hand skin texturing effort. Nice.

Any memory or other issues with the auto-quad process & export to Carrara (I ask as thats the same workflow I use)

Thanks

As of right now no memory issues :clapping: with Carrara. Curently the model is broken into 4 sections Head, Body, Shoulder armor, and lower Garment. They are all exported at mid poly level so they are moderately high poly. I am not using displacement except on the head. Instead I am using the normal maps with the Baker plug in from http://www.inagoni.com/.

I think overall this turned out quite nice. Good Job Deadman21!

There does seem to be a strange dent in his left leg there. I also agree with Leigh that the pose is a bit stiff. The head looks excellent, though it would be nice if the symmetry was broken up a bit. Maybe some scars or something. A Goblin like this is going to have been in some brawls. :)

I'm really just nitpicking though. All in all he looks pretty good. I like it. :good:

I agree he is a bit to symmetrical and bit stiff. Now that i got all the main parts textured i plan to address those issues. One thing that I have tried in this work that is new to me and the way I work is baking an Ambient Occlusion Map and using it as a base layer in my texturing. I have found that I really like using it and its worth the extra time it take to bake.
