I just now found this thread, and all I can say is 'WOW'...this is major league work, imo...the detail work is just awesome...looking forward to watching this one progress.

Thanks very much 3d_sculptress! It's really more fun than an artist should be allowed to use these tools. Most of the form is based on real muscle flow, the rest comes from 3DC's voxel tools.

Originally I was not planning on using much retopo, but now I think I might. If I can get around the poor original planning of the leg pose, I may just be able to work something out.

yes, voxels are the ultimate creation tool. I still have alot to learn about the workflow process,, but enjoying every minute of the learning process.

as for the leg pose, guess it's generally best to just buil the model in a straightforward upright standing position, then no gurantees, of course, but you can usually repose it later with the pose tool....would you be able to use the pose tool to repose it before going to retopo ?
