Advanced Member L'Ancien Regime Posted March 12, 2016 Advanced Member Report Share Posted March 12, 2016 (edited) Correct me if I'm wrong but Corel Paint restricts you to 12x iterations in a radial symmetry paint and I can't find a way to do it all all in Photoshop But 3d Coat? It'll handle whatever your computer can handle. I've had it up to 144 repetitions. This is an example of 98 radial mirrors . (not a finished version, just a rough mock up to test my ideas) Edited March 12, 2016 by L'Ancien Regime

I wish there were geometrical selection tools like the Marquee Tool and the Ellipse Tool etc so you can delineate areas for precise Paint Bucket fills like the rings of various colors and width I had to paint by hand on that plate. And now that you mention it a 2D paint room would be awesome for painting directly on UV Maps. You know you can sort of paint or draw into the Texture Editor but it doesn't seem to work very well. It wouldn't take much to fine tune that Texture Editor and make it a 2d Paint station.
