Not baking full normal map.

I'm encounter an issue that I'm only baking a partial normal map. My procedure was importing the HP references via import object and make a LP mesh over each then bake what looks like a separate surface material/ paint object for each one. The end result being what I have below. Now when I try to export model/ texture I only get a normal map for the latest reference mesh, the pin. Any idea how to resolve this for a complete N map, if the surface materials need to be merged somehow or something else?

Hi! Welcome to the forums. :) Can you post the file for inspection?

 

It appears that a step may have been missed. The Retopo mesh is more like a "virtual" mesh, exporting it must be done from the Retopo menu on the top bar. If you want to use the File>Export function, with all of your maps, you must first bake to the Paint room.
