People naturally tend to make requests before they ask if such a feature already exists. People naturally tend to make assumptions about something that they think they know what everybody else is talking about. duh, i can use the transform tool. im talking about the rotation in other than transform mode.. why should i have to leave my current tool to use translate to get the angle i want and then have to go into my previous tool,.? and sometimes this is not even possible. Advanced Member Gary Dave Posted April 25, 2016 Advanced Member Report Share Posted April 25, 2016 You're right, the tool options window has improved, but the video isn't showing you things you can't do any more, if you were to actually use the tools and try out different options you'd find that everything showin previously is still applicable. Try changing the transpose mode if you don't want it to be based on a line, try checking and unchecking the "use free form" or "regular gizmo" boxes for alternate ways to modify the selection. We are still in the V4 cycle, so how is a video for 4.1 "out of date?"
