Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted November 29, 2015 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted November 29, 2015 I've been looking at jumping on Vue Complete, when they had a sale like this. Thanks for posting. It's practically the same as Vue Infinite except for a few small exceptions, like GI baking...but is over half the price. Carlosan
Yup, you right. VC is a good deal. After spend some time learning Vue Pionner, i jumped to VUE Esprit. Im very interested about Atmosphere & volumetric clouds for a future work.
Contributor Tony Nemo Posted November 29, 2015 Contributor Report Share Posted November 29, 2015 Forester for C4D is $140 off it;s $350 price until 2 December. $210 buys a lot of shrubbery.

Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted November 29, 2015 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted November 29, 2015 ye.. ive never heard anything good about eon... especially their support... I've used Vue (infinite) 5, 6 and 8 and it's pretty awesome, if you are doing landscapes or large scenes. And now, the spectral atmospheres are so good, that even the biggest blockbusters use it. I'd need to use a lot of different tools, plugins to do what I could do all in Vue. For example, in Max, I'd have to use a scatter plugin for grass or trees, volumetric plugin (Afterburn, Pyrocluster, FumeFX, PhoenixFD) for the clouds, etc. So, it's kind of like 3D Coat for environments, in the sense that it does a lot really well. So, I don't have anything bad to say about it.
