Fill

Fill Tool. Fill flat areas with the currently selected color or Smart Material

Fills an area bordered by the color sampled at the cursor, excluding frozen areas. You can also use contours to create fill borders. ## (press #ID_PENOPS) to open the paint modes menu

Fill areas with similar to the pick point color

Color Tolerance
This value is used as the maximum difference between colors during filling
Default value: 1
Max value: 512

Fill w/ Freeze
The surface will be filled with freeze instead of filling with color

Freeze Degree
The maximum amount of freeze applied to the filled area
Default value: 0
Max value: 1

Fill w/ Smooth
Smooth the closed area instead of filling with color

Gradient Mode
Gradient mode. During the filling you should set two points. The vector between them is called the main axis. If you have chosen 'Gradient filling' then the surface will be filled with a color gradient ranging from the current color to the secondary. If the brush radius differs between the starting and final points then the modulation scale will smoothly change from the start point to the end point

Anisotropy
The degree of detail stretching along the selected direction. Switch to gradient mode to specify the stretch direction. If the direction is not set then the vertical axis is used

Extrusion
Additional extrusion value.
-1 means that the surface will only be indented.
1 means that the surface will only raise out

Pattern Color
Select this option if you want to modulate color. During the filling process the combination of colors shown below will be modulated with the current color. If the color channel is disabled, the resulting color will simply be a combination of the colors shown below

Color Preference
This slider determines the blending between the selected convexity and concavity colors. The color channel must be enabled for this effect to be visible

This color corresponds to convexity

Load

Load fill parameters from a file

Use max. angle
Limit the expansion area using sharp edges between neighbour faces.

Max angle between faces that stops expansion.
