Smudge
Shift Tool. This tool allows you to smudge, collapse, and expand areas in the current layer in tangent space

All operations will be applied in screen space so be sure to adjust your view of the area to be edited accordingly. This tool is intended to move only small details over the layer, don't use it to move large areas

Smudge
Smudge as you draw. This option allows you to shift areas of the layer along the cursors path of motion
Pinch
Pinch as you stroke. This option pinches the area beneath the cursor toward the center of the brush
Expand
Expand as you draw. This option expands the area beneath the cursor away from the center of the brush
Degree
The amount of smoothing applied for each stroke of the brush
Min value: 0
Max value: 1
Default value: 0.5
