If you are in &#8220;Select&#8221; tool in vertex mode then only selected vertices will be affected.<br \/><strong>Import:<\/strong> Import retopo mesh.<br \/><strong>Export:<\/strong> Export poly mesh.<br \/><strong>Subdivide:<\/strong> Subdivide poly mesh.<br \/><strong>Smooth (CC):<\/strong> Subdivide and smooth the whole current group with the Catmull-Clark subdivision.<br \/><strong>Smooth Selection CC:<\/strong> Subdivide and smooth selected faces using the Catmull-Clark algorithm.<br \/><strong>Delete Mesh:<\/strong> Delete poly mesh.<br \/><strong>Symmetry:<\/strong> Apply symmetry to the mesh<br \/><strong>Unwrap:<\/strong> Fit all islands onto the UV map.<br \/><strong>Automap:<\/strong> This is exactly same method of unwrapping as used in import dialog for automapping. It is planar mapping with test of clusters self-intersection. This method is most stable and eats any (even nonmanifold) geometry but creates too many islands.<br \/><strong>Save contour:<\/strong> This command allows to save contour in real scale as EPS or DXF for further laser cutting. Length of lines corresponds to geometrical length. It is helpful if you want to cut shape using laser cutter and glue parts together.<br \/><strong>StemCell model:<\/strong> Now 3DCoat 2025 added the StemCell command to ensure that your models meet all requirements without having to check them manually. <br \/>With one click, the Stem Cell Validator checks and corrects your work against <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.turbosquid.com\/stemcell\/stemcell-3d-modeling-specification\/\">TurboSquid guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"482\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/3dcoat.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-16.png?wsr\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11741\" srcset=\"https:\/\/3dcoat.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-16.png 482w, https:\/\/3dcoat.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-16-300x184.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 482px) 100vw, 482px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following functions have been added to help you make your 3D model compatible with the StemCell 3D modeling specification on Turbosquid.<br \/><br \/>These functions are implemented as a C++ script inside the 3DCoat program. When you click a certain button, the process of checking the 3D model in different 3DCoat rooms for compliance with the corresponding certificate is started. This process runs in a semi-automatic mode. When the script sees a discrepancy with the StemCell certificate, it stops, issues the appropriate messages, and offers you to take manual actions to correct the necessary errors. After you correct the errors at this stage, you need to restart the entire process from the very beginning.
