Advanced Member benk 195 Posted April 27, 2016 Report Share This is probably an insignificant observation, but when first viewing this image I noticed that the dental occlusion with regards to the canine teeth is reversed. All animals that I am aware of (even crocodilians) the upper canine teeth are behind the lower canine teeth. Perhaps this image more closely relates to dinosaur type dentition in which there are not more specialized teeth. Regardless, clearly a fantasy creature can have teeth however one might imagine but for some observers it might seem out of place and break the suspension of disbelief. Quote Link to comment
