  1. Hi If you have open meshes this problem may appear again randomly. So you may press Make closed in import panel. You should import ot as surface, merge to separate volumes = ON With next build this problem will be resolved
  2. shrink-wrapping... was an early softimage XSi feature autodesk is taking all xsi code, porting to the lead apps... just to let Simage rest in peace

  4. i found a specular channel with weird pixel zones, baked in the same color layer B12C sending scene and the shader used, please install it first

  9. you can't toggle painting (which REALLY needs a switch somewhere to see the sculpt vs sculpt+surface paint) if i understand well... to see the sculpt vs sculpt+surface paint i hide the painted layer.

My priority is the community and the community must be sheltered. Every one must think about which image we are sharing with the digital artist big community. What we have to offer to the others ? Awesome works with an app that is growing day by day ? Our knowledge helping the new users to find the way ?   20. Channel Toggle Icons. 3D-Coat has three channels that you can paint at any given moment. On the left you can see in the image those three icons. They are from left to right: Depth, Color and Specularity. This icons will, upon LMB clicking, toggle the channel on or off. If the channel is off, you will see a large “X” over the respective icon. Also if you hover over each icon you will notice that there are a few more options for each, which can also be controlled with your RMB + dragging up/down or left/right. RMB and dragging your mouse up/down will change the intensity of your pen. RMB and dragging your mouse left/right will change the size of your pen.
