  1. For many years I've enjoyed 3dcoat and as an artist I love the Blob tool. It's great to draw shapes with the lasso tool or curves etc. However over the years I've always felt it could be improved. I've noticed that the voxel object that it creates when using the "Round border" always looks great from the camera view that it is drawn from, however the shape does not interpolate correctly from the opposite side of the drawn shape/camera view. So if you look from above on to the shape it's stretched away from the initial camera view it was drawn at. The "Sharp border" actually works well as the shape from the top view looks right accept it's hard edged. It's almost as if the "Sharp border setting could be softened at it's sharp edge to make it feel rounder. The "Round Border" vox shape seems to get to soft and distorted away from the camera. The image I've attached sums up what I'm trying to explain. I hope this helps and would love if Andrew had the time to take a look at this. thanks PM
