Here is a 3dCoat based paint over done for a friend's novel.
The character is sculpted in 3dCoat and retouched in Photoshop to give an illustration feel. -

Wow! Your asteroid was used in a movie? This is cool.
I saw a program on TV about how they managed to get the space probe
to land on it. That's just breathtaking, what they did. All those studies about
what could be the shape of the asteroid, just by the light reflected by it.
And all those prospects and calculations! Your model is amazing too!
