  1. Additional information. The same model bakes occlusion fine in 4.5.16. Also, the crash sometimes occurs immediately after clicking calculate occlusion on the textures menu, prior to actually attempting to calculate the occlusion.
  2. I'm still seeing the issue in 4.7.06. Curvature works, selecting the materials works. Occlusion sometimes work, but on some models it crashes (consistently). I haven't been able to narrow it down to anything specific though. (OSX 10.9.4) With one model, having a mix of surface and voxel models is an instant crash, changing everything to only voxels makes it sit calculating forever, no crash, but no results either. It may be related to overall complexity. It seems to work fine up to around 10M tris.
  3. If it were a snake it would have bit me. It is in the list.
  4. I need to roll back to 4.5.16 for Mac. The older downloads doesn't seem to have that listed. Is there a link for this version anywhere? The current version crashes on paint/occlusion for the model I'm working with and I've had other problems with very high poly models in the new version that the older version didn't seem to have trouble with. Thanks in advance.
  5. I had a similar issue. Multiple retop groups as well. I had the layer hidden, and used snap on another layer and later when I re-enabled that layer, that was what I saw. It really does seem like a bug to me. Seems like some tools work even though the layer is hidden?
  6. This would be a very useful tool. It would also be very useful as a sculpting tool.
  7. It would be nice to be able to save painted surface objects to the objects panel with support for importing the already painted piece. This would allow for very rapid model development using the kit bashing workflow.
  8. I tried my Leap with 3d coat just a bit ago. Even without any specialized support, using just the Touchless app, it actually works pretty well. You can certainly see the potential of full integration. I hope this comes online soon.
  9. Please pardon my ignorance and obvious lack of observational skills, but where might one find this wonderful lathe tool? I seem to be unable to find it. Thanks in advance!
