  1. I have experienced that my 3d mouse could be the problem or some of the problem to this. When I don't use it, it haven't freezed 3d coat yet. Ill get back when I have experimented with drivers for 3d mouse and maybe wacom drivers to test too. I remember that 3d coat freezes or currupt a file when I have used 3d mouse - and then use move tool. And further more I was thinking that the problem happends between these two actions. I know my sculpt is heavy - but my specs should be more that high enough.
  2. Thanx Carlosan And thanks Tony this is a superp idea. I will try to use that for a while.
  3. I got my work corrupted - and lost a great sum of work. Where do I find "recover files"? I cant open this file anymore.. 3dc sayes that it maybe got corrupted during crash while I was saving...dammit..
  4. I have sendt an e-mail - requesting this waiting for responding...
  5. Thanks alot! Carlosan its better - thou, It looks a little interpolated - and has lost some detail round the edges - but its better anyways. Could be nice to have the original logo - just a little bigger than this last one (660x660px) - I need the double size of this or bigger to match her chest size high resolution - about 2Kx2K px. Anyone? ...Pilgway? ......am I balled now?
  6. Hi folks! Where do I get a high res 3d-coat logo? its hard to find... please help, thanks. Im looking for eather one with text or the "ball" only, would be fine. Could be nice if the background was transparent.. a png. format too. If I'm asking too much? - I would happily find a chick and take a picture with my printed t-shirt on her and post the photo. Rock da base!!!
  7. Welcome Daniko! I'm a fan of Unity 3D too
  8. @carlosan: Thank you! @Tony Nemo: hah ha! sounds very promising - I want some extra neurons then --- oh, in Eskebjerg, how nice! she also live on Sjælland. ...and thanks!
  9. Hi folks! Just wanna say hi My name is Jacob and I'm 103 years old, eating lot of gen-sing. Still trying figuring out what 3D is all about. I thank my art teacher in preschool for teaching me making such a lovely ashtray, I will never forget... how she was dressed. I had her in German too, she taught me to say "Ich bin, du hast einem knast"... it made me what I am to day. Well... I'm from Denmark. And I just wanna learn and be better all the time. I just got my first version of 3D coat, and I'm very - excited and I already got a bunch of help in my first post. I have a good amount of experience with traditional modeling tools, but with voxels nearly non. I like voxels.... alot! peace!
  10. @AbnRanger: No problemos... Im from Denmark, so I would not notice any typos ..I know what you mean. I have to do it too.
  11. @Carlosan: thanks for your reply. @AbnRanger: Thanks for telling about your experiences, awesome videos! I feel like a sponge I will favorite them so I don't forget them.
  12. I've bin confirmed that the solution to this is to make a higher resolution. My mind is settled and both, still struggling by trying to understanding the logic. I understand the simple examples that compare it with 2D-pixels and sound like the best way to describe it, but the difference is, that you don't get "skipping lines" by drawing a picture with a consisting line, no matter the resolution might be. So there must be a more complicated answer to this on a deeper technical level. I'm not asking for a complicated answer and maybe I don't need further explaining. I'm sure somethings take time to learn and understand. Just want to express this. I appreciate the help - time to create some interesting stuff
  13. @AbnRanger: your right about that but sometimes you need to make details with a lighter touch, you know. But I guess I can increase the res another few times.. bringing the beast to its knees (sry. being sarcastic) - see what it can take before it break . Still I can't see why this is happening. I could tweek my "wacom pen" pressure sensitivity too. ..but Im happy that Im not the only one that seems to experience this. @Digman: yes, Iv tried different space settings, thanks for your reply. @Malo: yes, your right - we have pin pointed some of the problem toghether here I guess - its about "too low" resolution and faint pressure with the pen? Thou the problem is still here if I use the mouse on low res. I appreciate you help here guys.
  14. @AbnRanger: Im using the latest build 4.1.04A - but your using the beta - maybe I should try that too. I got CUDA turned on by the way - its the same problem if I use the mouse or change to pen pressure/curves. @alvordr: very interesting - I do have a wireless keyboard...tnx @Malo: I see - thanks for your reply. - I was thinking of uninstalling - and install the beta...
  15. ya, I was just waiting for someone pointing that out - next time it will be higher res, its too "mutty" for small text/numbers for sure.
