Just restart the process and it will keep everything you have done so far.
There might be a short-cut to bring it back that i don't know of , so you can wait a bit for someone else to answer as well.

Check your printer options.

There is a little arrow you pressed by mistake.
Take your cursor on the right and a line will blink!!!
Drag it out again.

Its impossible to have other differences as i have both Edu and Pro , manual is a bit old so it may look different , that's another story.

Ahhhh as far as i remember , there might be some issues with Modo....
Not 100% sure , but i think i read a couple threads with issues.
Lets wait for a Modo user to come into play here.

Unistall and re install using Admin. (right click run as administrator)

In documents / 3d-coatv4 check values for Options_Navigation.xml.
Uninstall and re install will also work.
