Hello- We are unable to get a valid license on our license server using our license key (i won't post the license key here - please email me and I will get the key to you) We are just back to work after an extended holiday break. The license was working in late December 2015. the server is up and running and we can connect to it. I'll get a message like this: --- "Connection to 3D-Coat server status: Connected successfully Generated by 3D-Coat: FServer 1.6 Windows Service (32-bit)" --- Our server logs show messages like this: --- Monday, 04 January 2016 13:45:41 | Hex response: Monday, 04 January 2016 13:46:08 | Client 10.8.162.28 [orl1-parisma.tib.ad.ea.com] connected Monday, 04 January 2016 13:46:08 | Rejected. Licenses limit reached: 0/0 ---- I did not think that our license was due to expire at any point, but it looks to me like the license is expired. Questions: 1) Is our license still valid? 2) if it is still valid- do you have any suggestions for how to get it working again? We have an artist that we are paying but who is unable to work, so any help is appreciated!! thank you
