Marina Lightyears(Mischief Makers) Mockup Model
BlueKaiTheEnd replied to BlueKaiTheEnd's topic in Finished Projects
Managed to get this far with the mock up. Kept struggling with her arm design. Think for the most part its finished. -
Decided to redesign the cat model. Thew on some clothes this time around.

Nice work!

Mischief Makers was one of my favorite games growing up. I figured I'd give it a shot and try and model her with a more modern look.

Looks like we both learned from Scott Turner Nice croc

Is it possible to get a fur coat appearance using shaders in 3d coat?
-
I invested more time in learning 3d coat's features and got into organic modeling with it. I've whipped up a couple models and played around with shaders over the past month.

Playing around with custom shaders and textures and applying it to enviornments

Feeling more confident with these rendered images. Went back into 3D-Coat and created a simple 360 interior space for the vehicle. Everything here was rendered in 3D-Coat -

Not exactly the result I had hoped for but I'll make due with these renders (for now). Everything was designed and rendered in 3D coat. Think I'll try rendering a scene in Blender to improve on the texture quality -

I'd say i'm finished with the modeling phase. Added in head lights, exhaust pipes and internal components. -

Added some bevel to the model and painted it. Think the paint needs a bit of work though. The blue paint on the body looks a bit odd. -

Decided to remodel the frame. Just need to throw on some tires and color.
