The Stamp tool is not working with any of my alphas. Does anyone have a solution to this? I opened a new file and it worked, and then it stop working after switching tools. Thanks

Hello everyone, just curious about everyone's performance with 2021. v13. Performance has improved since 2021v.7 but I still experience a sluggishness with 15 mill. triangles or higher. 1)I am using a Cintiq 24" and none of the tools work for me. I cannot sculpt, it's like pressure does not exist. The Stamp tool seem to work fine. 2)I can't seem to close the program either. It keeps saying zipping... don't close 3) My cursor is offset and it is the latest build.
