Cool thanks for the info. Yea I was using 4.7.24 I'll try out the beta build and see how that works.

I'm trying to update islands with a new seam but the islands simply will not update. The seams show up in the viewport and UV preview but the seam isn't applied when attempting to update. I want my Teal/Purple islands to use the same UV space but unfortunately applying a new unwrap rather than island update will cause issues. Wat do?

FBX's are also not opening for me. I'm also attempting to uv them and haven't had this problem until build 4.5
