  1. FEATURE REQUEST: Adaptive decimation at export. More details = less decimation, less details = more decimation. Softwares like Gaea already do that for terrain mesh exports and it works beautifully. Get crisp and light meshes to work on in Blender is a blessing.
  2. oh ok. that's sad. it would benefit the software so so much. would be a great feature request then.
  3. I'm wondering if 3dcoat's export tool takes into account the detail of the object, sort of like Gaea does it, by assigning more polys to the more detailed areas and reducing for less detailed areas.
  4. Windows 10. 2023.03. Adjusting image stencils in the sculpt room like moving, resizing, brightness, tiling etc makes the image flicker and it goes missing. Really annoying bug, makes it hard to tweak and judge the change.
  5. Is there a specific shortcut to hide many objects after selecting them with shift+H?
  6. A way to quickly and intuitively move/Scale/rotate objects without interacting with the widget? just like blender? think it would be pretty great to have an option for that and shouldn't be hard to implement. once you get used to blender's navigation its painfully hard to go back to widgets.
  7. Would like a way to import multiple textures together. I have many folders full of these and going one by one is really frustrating. Is there any way to batch import these into 3dc?

  12. Guys what do you all think of a checkbox option to auto-delete hidden mesh when Voxelize Hidden is performed? Should be fairly simple to introduce and would save so much time not having to keep going back to the original object and deleting the hidden geometry that now has been voxelized.
  13. I find this simplified export the biggest timesaver ever. It is such a welcome option to streamline the workflow. However, I wish there was an option to decimate by % as well. Most often I select a set of objects and each one has it's own polycount. Complex ones have over 1m, while simpler parts have around 500k. Unfortunately by setting a polycount decimation target, I lose a lot of detail I wouldn't need to lose had the option been 80% of current polycount per object. The 1M object loses 3x times its detail while the 500k loses less than 2x. Hopefully that option can be added in the next releases?
  14. Hi Rygaard, just saw the full rhino sculpting video. Any news regarding the brushes? Im dying to try them out, even if I need to purchase separetely Id be fine with that.

Issues with shortcuts I have with the latest build: - Cannot assign a shortcut to vertex normal direction when using the build tool. - Shortcuts assigned to Reset Axis and Align in the Transform Tool and Pose Tool do not stack and sometimes just flat out disappear. I have to constantly remap those.
  20. Andrew are we getting back the lassos in Extrude and Build tools as well?
