  1. Hi, not sure where to post this. I sent an email about it to sales team last week but didn't get a reply yet. I purchased a mac license few years ago but performance was so bad I stopped using this app all together for a few years. Fast forward I am on windows now and I am tryin to find out if I can convert my old mac license to windows and then upgrade to the latest version. Upgrade button only shows mac licenses. I got a coupon for Substance Painter that expires this week and I need to know which way to proceed. Room for only one software at this point. Anybody know if this is possible? Thanks.
  2. I downloaded 4.8.32 for mac and wanted to do the basic tutorials but when I click the primitive one, as soon as I click on the highlighted cube, 3D Coat crashes. Every single time. Mojave 10.14.3 Also on 4.8.20 when I click the highlighted cube it tells me to "press the highlighted button to APPLY the primitive" but there's no highlight anywhere to be found which results in me being stuck. When I press the "apply" button in Tool Options all I get is another object on screen but tutorial does not progress. Can some kind soul point me in the right direction because this is really confusing. Thank you
  3. Greetings, I work on a 2017 iMac and to save resources I often switch between applications. I can't find a way for 3D Coat to remember window position. I want to use it on my external XP-PEN but it always opens in full resolution on my retina screen. It's extremely annoying that I have to reposition every window every single time. It really kills the workflow. Any option that I have to check to have this basic functionality work like every other app I used since the good old days of alias? I'm on High Sierra. Thank you in advance. Regards.
