Hi,

I just bought the professional version of 3d coat, but it keeps crashing on startup.

I am working in Win10  on a 1950x with a 1080ti, 32gb of ram.

I have tried renaming folder in /documents, starting in admin-mode, installing new Nvidia drivers etc.

Does anyone have any suggestion? If the app does not work, where can I get a refund?
