Where do I find the brushes panel? All I see is alphas and brush options. Is it called brushes or is it under something else?

I’ve seen this posted on several forums before about being able to import and use photoshop abr brushes, but I’ve been unable to find information about how to do it and the program itself doesn’t seem to allow it. Is this possible in 3D coat and if so, how would one do it?
