This problem popped up for me right after I updated my drivers (wacom cintiq), so it's probably some new issue to do with compatibility? I'd really like a solution to this too. It's a tiny inconvenience yet so, so annoying. Perhaps changing top tablet button to middle click for 3d coat will help everyone in the meantime? I'm trying that out right now.
