  1. Hello Everyone, I am currently working on designing and testing a custom library of splines for the curve tool. I'm using 3ds max to create most of the splines, as well as creating them directly in 3D Coat. When I export my objects as .obj files (from 3ds max or 3D Coat) and import them as new splines, everything works great, except the thumbnail/preview image in the splines folder is backwards. If I export the mesh backwards it shows up normal in the preview window, but then when I create new splines they tend to be flipped the wrong way. Is there any way to just rotate the preview image for the splines in the folder so they show the front of the mesh instead of the back?

    [Solved] Moving multiple curve points

Thanks again for the quick reply. Just to clarify, removing the OpenCL.dll file from the older version did not seem to work for me. But, I just installed the newer version (4.9.21) and it is fixed. I will just continue with the newer version of 3D Coat. Thanks for the help.

    [Solved] Moving multiple curve points

Thank you for the quick reply. I tried deleting the file, and reset my computer, but it still doesn't show up for me.

    [Solved] Moving multiple curve points

The transform curve option is missing for me in 4.9.17. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? It's been there in the past.

    [Solved] Retopo Room Mesh

Yes! Perfect! Thank you very much. I think I actually did this before but just couldn't remember where to go. I teach 3D Coat in the Animation program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. Our students are creating some amazing work with this program (we switched over from Mudbox). We 3D Print a lot of the work they do here. I will likely make a tutorial video for them showing this process as well. Once again, thank you for the quick reply.

    [Solved] Retopo Room Mesh

Hello everyone. I've been using 3D Coat for a couple of years, and recently doing more retopo with it. I'm trying to figure out how to clear or remove the mesh in the retopo room that appears after Baking W/Normal Map per pixel. I'm including an image to show what I mean. You will notice that all layers are hidden, yet a couple of meshes are still showing in the view. How do I clear this mesh? I'd like to bake a new mesh, but these are in the way. Cheers, Geoff
