I'm able to send from Blender to 3DCoat with applink and I can get 3DCoat to send it back with "open in original app" but I can't send something built in 3DCoat to Blender since the "export to" is missing. After sending from Blender to 3DCoat and back the "export to" still doesn't appear, also tried deleting options.xml. The Blender applink installation video, it says a Blender folder would be created after exporting to 3DCoat from Blender but there were no Blender folders created and all the export.xml and text files are created in the Exchange folder. My 3DC2Blender folder is in my main SSD while the 3D-CoatV49 and AppLinks folders are in my second SSD. Blender V2.92.0 3DCoat V4.9.67 DX / 3DCoat V4.9.72 DX

Hi @haikalle I was wondering if you could help get the "export to" to appear in the file menu in 3DCoat. I played around with those but it was the same, I was watching a tutorial and it looked like he was having the same problem. The red selection becomes bigger than the actual selection marquee as if it was snapping to something.

Thanks for the info Carlosan. Do you know anything about the expanding red selection area when trying to make a selection with the rectangle lasso in the pose tool?

Hi, just started using 3d coat and was wondering if it was normal to have these ins and outs when pulling out geometry with the pose tool. Also sometimes the rectangle lasso for the pose tool makes a weird selection where when ignore back faces is off it doesn't line up properly with the other side and when making a selection the lassoed area enlarges from what I wanted to select. Any help with these problems would be much appreciated.
