Hi. I had exactly the same. I edited my help. Luckily its easy to fix.
Check my new inside 3Dcoat Script from Menu:Blender_Export_to_Button.as
Its function is displayed in the linked post, it makes the missing folders and files.
I've tested it sucessfully. Please let me know if it also works for you.
