I haven't received the new one on my mail this is the problem -
I got a problem like this, I don't know what is going on

I upgraded my Licence from Amateur to Pro but this message appears on my licence key Email I received Error! Serial type - Prof have to be Edu I already own the amateur (edu) version and I have already sent many messages to the support team and still no response at all anyone got the same problem?!
