It will be drawn in a place where you are not painting, like in the video.
The tablet you are using is huion kamvas 13, drivers and various switch API but it occurs when using the best version 1.4 and wintab.
Windows ink does not use it because it causes small lag.(Lag that doesn't bother me.)
The navigation shortcut key setting is assigned like Blender. Navigation using ALT shift ctrl LMB.
Is there a way to fix it? There may be a problem with the driver on the huion side, but we will ask you here.
