Hey, My company purchased a license for me last week but I can't download it from my profile page. The "download license" button under my Pilgway account just makes the screen flash white for a fraction of a second and doesn't start any downloads. Also, in 3dCoat, I can't log on either using my email + password. Can you help me activate the product I bought? best regards, O
