In "Mark Seams" mode I can invert marked seams, the selection I made in "Select" mode is not even visible.

Is there an option in 3D-Coat to keep boundary verticles? I want to use the relax command but keep the edges of my mesh unchanged (selecting verts individually would be a pain in the a.).

A picture is worth a thousand words, so: I've tried less/more guides, less/more polys but my every attempt at using autopo ends up pretty much the same. What am I doing wrong?
