I can't do much on this. There's a hallo line around the transp png. Keyshot can use background images,maybe it's the best way to go.

Excellent work, concept!!!

If I understood correctly it is textured-like via PP. As an illustration.

An advise, add some noise, reduces scaling effect on background. Even better idea is to overlay (hardlight) a noisy texture like a wall, old paper something.
