For some reason when I export from 3d coat to blender after texturing the model and/or the texture does not come across correctly at all. I submitted a reddit post with more details. Sadly this issue is putting me off buying (or wanting to buy the app), other then that its amazing to work with

I tried today the applink for blender <-> 3D coat. wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts/Import-Export/3dcoat_applink I need to say, that saved the day, and made 3d coat with blender usefull for me. Now its also intressting to buy. Need to figure out a few thigs more. But sofar am very happy. Only 3d coat program font keeps a bit to small for my eyes. So for others if you have troube to get UVmap or object painted in blender, use 3d Coat with the applink.
