  1. Need a bit of help creating a voxel model from this OBJ. Can someone please give me some advice? Here's a link to the OBJ. Thanks! https://altuit.cloud/web/atrash/4-6lbBC_CollapseForVoxel.obj
  2. Hello, I got 3DCoat in order to do some destruction sculpting. Unfortunately, it constantly crashes when I substract (error message says: increase size of virtual memory). And I did just like it was described in one of the earlier posts. The issue keeps repeating. Also, I can import objects, which have more than 10 mil polygons, but that's not the biggest problem. Also, there's a problem, that 3DCoat automatically merges complex objects into one mesh. It completely destroys meshes like brick wall, made from separate bricks. Anybody has this issue, know how to fix it?
  3. The plane carving tool for in Voxel sculpting could be VERY useful. .however it is tricky to use because you have to select 3 or 4 points on the surface and cross your fingers and hope the resulting plane will be where you want it and and the right angle. It would be MUCH easier to just have an actual preview. . semi transparent plane that you can rotate and move in any direction and get the perfect placement. and scale. . lock it and start carving away those planes. Anyone else agree?
  4. Hey guys, I'm trying to sculpt a boat hull in Voxel Mode. I really need something like Maya's Lattice deformer to accurately adjust the shape of the boat hull. I know that when you create a new freeform blob or other object in 3D-Coat you have access to something similar to a lattice deformer. . . So there must be some way to get those same deformer controls on my voxel sculpt object. Pushing and pulling with the brushes just doesn't work well to maintain the perfect curvatures I need.
