Thanks for any insights. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/resources/c...ubtype=48323634 You can play the videos with VLC, or you can download perian and play them through quicktime VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ Perian (ffmpeg (mostly all codecs) et al. for quicktime): http://www.perian.org/ Those should allow you to play just about any video format on the planet. Member Bo Atkinson Posted July 3, 2009 Member Share Posted July 3, 2009 Almost 4 months passing, again.... Finally got back here... So, just now... As a result of clicking "Download all videos"... Safari ended up on this forum, (not the download location). Just in case the webmaster wants to check that link... The new video-icons look new and fresh. I very happily upgraded to the new version and i will try each suggestion, as the opportunity arises. Thanks for the suggestions. I look forward to a smoother learning process this time around. Thank all!
Advanced Member spacepainter Posted July 8, 2009 Advanced Member Share Posted July 8, 2009 Is it possible that the tutorials are being posted in a uniform format? That would be great. Some videos open and others don't.

Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted April 13, 2016 Reputable Contributor Share Posted April 13, 2016 There really isn't much different in the latest version of 3D Coat, regarding UV's....except Globally Uniform mapping, and we have a video for that. Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted April 13, 2016 Reputable Contributor Share Posted April 13, 2016 And Globally Uniform Unwrapping, which is 3D Coat's proprietary unfolding algorithm. The current standard among most unwrap algorithm's is now ABF++, which you have in 3D Coat, but Andrew created his own and it's considerably better
Advanced Member L'Ancien Regime Posted July 23, 2020 Advanced Member Share Posted July 23, 2020 Sure wish I could find the download for Digman's tutorials. He had a really deep knowledge of some of the most arcane stuff buried deep inside 3dCoat. Anyone? Puhleeze?
Reputable Contributor digman Posted July 24, 2020 Reputable Contributor Share Posted July 24, 2020 Those are ancient tutorials... Most of my knowledge has been transferred one to one or written as post... I've been gone for quite awhile again, Family medical issues and a friend's too. Tried a few times to return but just was not able to.
