Advanced Member pixo Posted September 23, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 23, 2012 Hello guys, Is it possible to make symmetric a per pixel painting with a chosen symmetry plan? I found the stamp with symmetry very helpful , but i would really need an option that allow us to sym like the voxel modeling tools. Thank you in advance for your help. Reputable Contributor digman Posted September 23, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted September 23, 2012 A picture would help on explaining what you mean exactly. I think I know but the picture would help my understanding of what you are asking...
Carlosan
paint > symmetry > symmetry across x ?
Advanced Member pixo Posted September 24, 2012 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 Sorry for my english,i meant to transfer the painting symmetrically from one side of the symmetry plan to the other part . In the voxtree you have the option "symmetrical copy" to do what i meant but for the modeling.
Advanced Member pixo Posted September 24, 2012 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 Oki i found the topological symmetry tool , it works really well. Sorry to disturb you guys an thank you for your help.
Carlosan
Layers > symmetrical transform only work if model have UV map i think ------ I tested to jump from surface mode to paint... and do: Layers > symmetrical transform 3DC stump at Topological Symmetry is not... and close

That is what I was going to suggest, the topological symmetry tool but a couple of times I have not understood your questions and gave you an answer that did not help you. The above way you said it in the quote was very understandable. Yes, English is a quite a guttural language....
