Imported obj Converts to Tri, Why?

Im trying to import an obj into 3D Coat (from 3d Max) and my object gets converted into tris. It was 100% quads in 3D max. What can I do to keep it quads?

Im importing via "Per Pixel Painting". None of the settings when selecting my object gives me the option to stop it from converting to tris. I just want to set it up for UV mapping without dealing with tris.
