Reputable Contributor digman Posted May 29, 2013 Reputable Contributor Share Posted May 29, 2013 OK, I got my new Linux version 4 serial number through e-mail but am encounting the problem below. The upgrade is registering successfully at the web page after I click to register inside of 3DCoat. When I reopen 3DCoat, the serial number appears again and the software is not registered. I have tried 3 times in a row but no luck This is a complete clean install... Thank you for all your hard work to bring us this great update... Advanced Member wave of light Posted May 29, 2013 Advanced Member Share Posted May 29, 2013 Wow, once again you amaze me with your upgrade pricing Andrew. Just having trouble with payment as it doesn't seem to want to accept my business banking card. It's a VISA debit card. Will check with the bank. Oh and I am humbled with the use of my Lancaster on the V4 page, thank you so much.

Member Drocket Posted May 29, 2013 Member Share Posted May 29, 2013 Congrats Andrew! I don't see paypal option. Nice upgrade and pricing Andrew. I noticed no paypal option, I prefer to use paypal when I can as I don't need to keep giving out my credit card details. Also thanks for the generous upgrade pricing when you have licenses on more than one platform, I moved to Linux a while back but also have a Windows license, the upgrade for one was $84, upgrade for both $

Andrew Shpagin
Adding Paypal is problematic on Plimus/Bluesnap. I don't think it will be an option in near time.

Advanced Member jwiede Posted May 29, 2013 Advanced Member Share Posted May 29, 2013 Andrew, congrats and thanks (as always) for all the amazing work and effort you and the team put into v4, and 3DC in general. I purchased my upgrade the instant I saw v4 was available without hesitation (just as with v3)! If anything, the pricing almost seems low for everything added, thank you for keeping such an excellent tool so affordable.
Advanced Member wave of light Posted May 29, 2013 Advanced Member Share Posted May 29, 2013 Couldn't agree more Jwiede. It turns out that my attempted purchase activated the fraud alert on my business account . It could only happen to me. Bank is sorting it out now and I'll be able to purchase soon.
