Advanced Member NinjaTaco Posted October 3, 2013 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 (edited) Can I autoretopo a mesh. Then clean up the autorepo mesh with the retopology tab. Setup uv maps. Then bake? How would I do this? Because when I try this, the autorepo mesh that was created remains unchanged in the uv tab despite the changes I have done to the mesh in the retopo tab. .... Edit.... I guess I would have to use. "merge with (ptex, mv, or ppp)" to get this to happen. Edited October 3, 2013 by NinjaTaco
Contributor Malo Posted October 3, 2013 Contributor Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 Yes, it is possible 1. Autopo (The first one) 2. Change what you need on your Retopo model 3. Create your UV Layout 4. Merge into the Paintroom (merge for ppp)
