Advanced Member FreezeFrame Posted March 15, 2014 Advanced Member Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 (edited) Hi, I was wondering how to constrain the movement to an X,Y or Z axis. Is there a hotkey for this? Or do I have to be in the side view etc... Edited March 15, 2014 by FreezeFrame
Contributor Tony Nemo Posted March 15, 2014 Contributor Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 The Transpose tool's axis should enable that.
Reputable Contributor digman Posted March 15, 2014 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 (edited) For the move tool, no... You can only lock it to the 3D view port axis by holding down the down the ctrl key but not a xyz axis. You can control the xyz axis using the pose tool in the tool's panel toolbox in what ever 3D view port you are...
