Smoothing Modifier Equiv.

In Daz Studio there is a thing called a Smoothing Modifier which if you have one mesh that sits over top of another mesh and apply the modifier it conforms the upper mesh to the lower mesh anywhere the two meshes come into conflict so that the bottom mesh doesn't poke through the top mesh.

 

Is there such a thing with 3D coat? Could I apply it to the green layer to have it conform to the brown layer? so that there is no poke-through where the meshes conflict?
