[SOLVED] Text tool for painting has bad borders

Recommended Posts

Hello, I'd like to know if there is a way to get the text with this tool without pixelate borders, I don't know why doesnt has the same resolution as if you do it in photoshop or mudbox, I have tried it with textures 4096k but the result is the same, and I dont see any option to correct that problem, perhaps that tool has to be improved with new versions.

Thank you in advance.

I figured out that the best way to put some text into the texture is to Edit all-layers/projections in ext. editor, which is Photoshop in my case, and put text there.

This might not be the direct answer to your question. Anyway, if you just want to get things done this might be a workaround.

* Please note that you need to Rasterize the text's layer before save and get back to 3D-Coat.
